Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and meet the following requirements:
The shoes/boots/sneakers/accessories must be in perfect condition;
The shoes/boots/sneakers/accessories must include all original tags;
The shoes/boots/sneakers/accessories must not have been worn, washed, or altered;

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the existing item and, once your return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved. If a refund has been approved, we will automatically refund your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to be credited. The Company also processes and issues refunds.
