Shipping Policy

We ship Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm PST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement.

*Note: During restocks, new product releases, and special promotions, processing time may extend by 4-6 business days!

The total distance between us and you

Whether your package is shipped within the United States or internationally (elsewhere)

The shipping method you choose

United States:

FedEx Ground: 8-15 business days

International (excluding time spent at customs, border checkpoints, etc.):

Standard Postal (APC Postal Logistics): 7-15 business days

Any questions about the exact location of your package should be directed to the carrier. Our customer service staff only has the information you can see through the tracking number. All shipping costs vary based on a number of factors, including:

Domestic and international shipping

Total package weight

Shipment method selected
